Our program provides a holistic model of care that meets the individual needs and goals of people living with a disability. The program aims to build independence, strengthen support circles and allows people living with a disability to be active members of their local community. We believe that everyone can reach their full potential when their needs are met, and the right supports are provided.

The program places the individual at the centre of all decision making, planning and support. The individual and their support circle meet with the Allambi Care team and a plan is developed and tailored specifically to their goals and what they want to achieve.

We are committed to being relatable, comfortable, caring, reliable and consistent through our continuum of care and allied services. Over time and through our experience we have created and maintained relationships with individuals over a number of years, allowing for extraordinary and lasting connections.
